Contact SG Exam Hub
One person runs this site. Write about a missing paper, a broken link, a wrong answer or a takedown, and you will get a reply — usually within a few days.
There is also a feedback form on every page of this site — the circular icon button in the lower corner. It reaches the same inbox and does not need an email client.
What to write about
- Request a paper. If a school, level, subject or year is missing, say which one. Papers get added when they can be sourced.
- Report a broken link or the wrong file. Include the page URL. A paper that will not open or a download that returns the wrong PDF is worth reporting — those are hard to spot from this side.
- Report an error in a practice question. Include the practice set URL and the question number. Every answer and explanation is checked, but 2,692 questions is enough that mistakes get through.
- Takedown requests. If you are a school and want one of your papers removed, write and it will be removed. No argument, no form.
- Corrections to the topic data. The percentages on the Topics page are measured by reading the papers, and a measurement can be wrong. If a number looks off, say so.
What this site cannot do
There is no phone line and no live chat. Nobody here marks homework, provides tutoring, or answers questions from the papers on request — the worked explanations on the practice questions are as close as the site gets to that, and they are free.

SG Exam Hub is operated from Singapore and serves Singapore primary school students, parents and tutors. Papers are the property of the schools that set them and are hosted for personal revision use.
