Privacy at SG Exam Hub

Short version: there are no accounts here, so there is almost nothing to collect. The longer version is below, and it is written against what the site actually does.

What is not collected

  • No accounts. You cannot sign up, so there is no name, password, profile or history tied to you.
  • No payment details. Nothing on this site is paid for, so no card or billing information is ever requested or stored.
  • No advertising. There are no ad networks, no retargeting pixels and no third-party trackers beyond the analytics named below. Your visit is not sold on or used to follow you to other sites.
  • No record of what you download. Downloads are counted in aggregate. There is no per-person record of which papers you took.

What is collected

  • Aggregate analytics. Google Analytics records page views and a small number of events — a paper opened, a PDF downloaded, a practice set started — so it is possible to tell which parts of the site are useful. It is aggregate and is not tied to an identity.
  • What you type into the feedback form. If you use the feedback or paper-request form, the message and any email address you choose to include are sent to the site operator so a reply is possible. They are not used for anything else and never sold.
  • Standard server logs. Cloudflare, which serves this site, keeps the request logs any web host keeps — IP address, user agent, the URL requested — for its own security and delivery purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own; blocking them, or blocking analytics entirely, changes nothing about how the site works. Every paper and every practice question stays fully usable.

Children

The site is used by primary school students, which is why there is nothing to sign up for. No account can be created, so no child can hand over a name, an email address or a password to this site.

Your data

To ask what has been stored about you, or to have a feedback message deleted, write to dev@yuxin.sg. Because there are no accounts, in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing stored to return.

Changes

This page was last updated on 2026-08-23. If what the site collects ever changes, this page changes with it.
